Banks made $32 billion on overdraft fees last year
Fri Mar 29, 2013
Your first set of questions is what I would want pursued. Mr Moebs claims he did the cost studies. So can he tell us why the cost structures of those larger institutions are so high? One would think they would bring better technology and more efficiencies of scale, so that they wouldn't have to char …
Internet goes nuts over dad's $200 'Facebook Deactivation' offer to daughter
Thu Feb 7, 2013
I'm curious as to why in the top picture, the girl's last name is redacted, but the father's isn't. Yet the video preview at the bottom of the article clearly shows the girl's last name. What was the point?
How to check the X Files of physics
Wed Feb 6, 2013
This sounds more like 'Fringe' science than 'X Files'. Dr Walter Bishop would be right on top of this. :-)

Tue Oct 9, 2012
Mr McCain, the fact that Mr Romney brought this up in the debate says the very same thing about him. Besides, you are not exactly a fountain of well thought out ideas recently yourself.

The good and bad about working from home
Wed Feb 8, 2012
You can be a WAHW working for someone else as well. The number of people doing that is increasing. Technology allows more of it now, and cost cutting at some companies even demands it. Both lists, which are really more focused on freelancers (the ubiquitous "consultants"), get shorter when that's th …
Which is your favorite Ron Howard film?
Wed Jan 12, 2011
Only one I disagree with is Night Shift. Didn't do anything for me. Both Cocoon and Backdraft were better films. I feel like I've grown up with Ron. He's less than 8 months older than me.
'Messiah' give you chills? That's a clue to your personality
Fri Dec 10, 2010
Wow. A lot of different styles of music affect me. I also play music and sing. In order of preference:Trad Irish music (Lunasa, Girsa, etc)Irish rock/pop (U2, Sawdoctors, etc)Classical music - particularly organ music (mostly of the French Romantic variety), and choral music (mostly sacred, although …

Fri Nov 5, 2010
A quick search of OpenSecrets.org shows 3 contributions this years to candidates or PACs by Sean Hannity.News Corp has given up all semblance of appearing 'fair and balanced' with Tuesday's NY Post cover promoting hard the repudiation of Obama. Nothing is ever going to be completely fair in politics …
